Reports suggest that a change made to the firewall rules in the days leading up to 26th June 2023 require a change to made locally for several PCs in use in the HSE. These changes can be made by the user, and IT need only be engaged if there are remaining issues once the changes are made. (If your PC is still working, there is no need to follow the steps below.)
From the normal start screen of ezFMD, take the following steps:
- 1) Click on the Config tab
- 2) Click on Settings
- 3) If ticked (as shown), UN-TICK the Bypass Proxy settings, so that the box is empty
- Click on the Save button
- Close ezFMD
- Re-start ezFMD and scan a pack.
