- If you have an issue regarding Internet access (such as ezFMD could not verify your account with the IMVO at startup), please use the Firewall Test tool installed on your PC to ensure you have a valid access to the required online systems. If the tool reports errors, please contact your local IT support.
- If you experience an issue with the application of ezFMD in your location, please email hse.support@ezfmd.com with a description of the issue. Please ensure your email includes a contact name and phone number and the name of your organisation.
- If you experience an issue with the PC, keyboard, mouse or screen itself (e.g. won’t come on), etc. please contact your local IT support or please seek support from the HSE National Helpdesk.
- If you you have issues with the Alert Management System, please contact the IMVO.
