What if a pack is missing a key data element, such as the serial number?
Some packs manufactured before the 9th of February 2019 were released with missing data element(s), typically missing the serial number. When ezFMD encounters these, the following screen pops up with one or more data element missing:
At this time, there is no option but to press Cancel or use the Esc key to exit, as the required data is not present.
